Jake traveled more in the average year than most of us will in a lifetime. Running Burton took him all over the world for business and pleasure, chasing powder or good surf between work meetings. He loved documenting his adventures and sharing his stories with everyone along the way. Leica was his camera of choice, and he rarely went anywhere without one.
Jake came from a different era. Nowadays, you don’t just take one picture of your cat. You take twenty. Every day. And while we are 1000% supportive of taking all the dog & cat pics, we must admit that it starts to feel like putting quantity over quality.
